New classrooms and administration facility for an existing private school located on a living marsh on San Francisco Bay. The classrooms are designed to enhance indoor/outdoor teaching and foster the Montessori principle of self-directed activity. High ceilings, an abundance of daylight, rainchains, and natural materials further reinforce the ‘Montessori’ way.
